Cap Frame started because of a simple problem: I ordered a patrol cap insert from another company, and they shipped it to the wrong address. They wouldn’t answer emails or calls, and I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back.

That experience made something clear — the product was overpriced, gimmicky, and poorly made. So instead of dealing with unreliable companies and low‑quality inserts, I decided to build something better.

I spent time testing materials, refining designs, and trying multiple prototypes until I found the ideal solution: a simple, durable, transparent plexiglass disc that holds a patrol cap’s shape perfectly without adding bulk or weight.
